At 3cm across it's a good size for stuposa. Seeing the second picture helps, as it clearly shows the outer edge of the medial band is diffuse. The post medial fascia has two outward kinks on it. These are all in line with features for D. stuposa.
R.E. Moths of Thailand, yes there are a few inaccuracies. The genera Parallelia and Dysgonia have been thoroughly revised of late (Millar & Holloway, 2005; Holloway, 2005), with Parallelia confined to the Americas and Dysgonia reverting to a number of allied genera (Bastilla, Macaldenia, etc..), though stuposa remains in Dysgonia.
