Correct ID, wrong instar.  Depending on size, it's anywhere from 2nd to 4th insatar with two more (at least) to go (i.e. if 4th instar).

thanks! thought it was a final instar because of the bluish hairs starting to form... but that appears at 4th instar stage too?

Actually, you can get the same colors in all three of the instars, depending on the lighting conditions and camera settings.  In the case of this photo, due to filters, flash or whatever, it looks like some UV backscatter has enhanced the intensity of the colors to make them really pop!  Even in full sunlight, seldom will you ever see the colors so intense.  (cf the Metanastria images on the forum with/without flash being used; the diff is rather clear.)
