No Pandemis spp. in Hong Kong.
This is a male of an Archips sp. or Homona sp. It's very plain (i.e. no significant markings), which means its either something I've not recorded before in HK (always possible!) or it's an aberation, of H. eductana. A view of the dorsal surface of the hindwing would be very helpful.
I don't suppose you retained the specimen?
