This is the 5th & final instar larva of the moth, feeding on Cinnamomum camphora. A well fed, less inbred larva would normally be around 6-7 cm (male) or 9-10 cm (female). In partial shade, I used flash and WOW, did the colors ever fluoresce! Location: off Castle Peak Road, Tuen Mun.
