We would like to remind all of you that willful disturbance, hunting or causing harm to any protected wild birds would put yourself at risk in violating the Cap 170 Wild Animals Protection Ordinance. We have duly informed AFCD about the act and additional patrol is expected.
If you find people disturbing or causing harm to birds, advise against the act when it is safe to do so. If they cannot be stopped, please record details of the act including time and place, take photos and report to the AFCD as soon as possible (AFCD Mai Po Warden Post at 24714411 or Call Centre at 1823). Or you may report directly to the Police instead.
