This moth was found as larvae feeding on a small tree which had very thick leaves with a thick, yellowish, sticky sap. The moths eclosed on 10 June and 14 June, 2011. The third image is of a smaller specimen with slightly different markings, probably a male. ws of the larger specimen is about 4 cm, whereas the smaller ws is 3.5 cm. Location of the foodplant on which the larvae were eating is on the trail above the white school, across from the bus terminus on Braemar Hill Road.
